AEC UPS Cloud Italiano

Remote monitoring for AEC UPS systems

AEC UPS Cloud is the online service of AEC International S.r.l. for monitoring its customers' uninterruptible power supplies (UPS): status, alarms and daily reports, with email notifications to the people each customer chooses.

The network cards installed in the UPS units send their SNMP traps and emails to the service, and customers follow their UPS units in a web portal that requires a login. aec.network is the domain of this service: the customer portal is at ups.aec.network and the notifications are sent from avvisi.aec.network.

Alarm emails

Notifications come from AEC UPS Cloud <avvisi@avvisi.aec.network> and go to the alert contacts chosen by each customer. Their subject starts with “[UPS]”.

Before the first notification, a new address receives an email with the subject “Confirm that you want to receive UPS alerts”. If you did not expect it, ignore it: without confirmation you will receive nothing. To stop receiving notifications, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each one. For questions, write to support@aecups.com.
